We aim to keep these as fair and as simple as possible. Making a confirmed booking will be a sign that you have read and accepted these terms.
RATES are quoted in Sterling on a per night basis excluding VAT.Prices are only guaranteed once you have received your confirmation. As prices are subject to change at any given time your quotation may vary if you have cause to amend your booking. Should you need to amend or extend your stay availability of vacancies may require us to offer you an alternative apartment. Please remember to insure your own possessions as these are not covered by our policies.
ON ARRIVAL a member of our welcome team will ask you to check & sign the inventory. They will ensure that you are aware of how the entry system, the heating & lightingand your studybed operate.If payment in full has not already been received this will now be required in cash. On the day of your departure a member of staff will be available to help you check out.If you have been so unfortunate as to break any item they will know the cost and settle the matter before you depart.Should you wish to checkout before 10am we would ask you please to drop into the management postbox at the front door your room key and completed inventory. We reserve the right to charge for loss of a room key and any discrepancy found on the inventory by our staff. We will keep you informed if any charges are to be made against your card.
We ask please that our guests respect our stringent policy of NO SMOKING which includes E-CIGS, anywhere inside or outside the immediate environs of the building.We ask too that guests will not bring pets to the premises - not even as passing visitors!
We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to the property including but not limited to breakages but also to the loss of business if such damage results in an apartment not being available for the next guest.These charges to include any specialist cleaning required due to smoking or the presence of pets in an apartment in contravention of these terms.
CANCELLATIONSLess than 14 days notice by the guest prior to arrival date will attract a late 1 night cancellation charge+ VAT. Non-arrivals will be subject to 100% charge for the first week.
In the interests of the health and well-being of all residents Immediate cancellation of a guest's stay without recompense will follow any violation of our NO SMOKING and NO PETS policies.
