We aim to keep our terms fair and as simple as possible, but please do contact us if there?s anything you?d like us to clarify.
The prices quoted on our website are based on our standard published rates for long stays and are subject to a written and confirmed quotation. For more comparative and promotional rates, please contact us directly by email:email@example.com or by telephoning 01243 837247 or 07988820277.
All prices are quoted in sterling and subject to change at any given time.
Prices are quoted on a per night basis, excluding VAT and subject to our general terms and conditions.
All bookings are subject to a minimum seven night stay.
Prices are only guaranteed once you have received confirmation of your booking. Confirmed booking will not increase in price, unless you alter the booking.
Should you need to alter the booking or extend your stay once confirmed, we cannot guarantee any extension, which is subject to availability of the property. An alternative apartment may be offered if the property has been booked for all or part of the required extension period.
The price quoted depends on the length of your stay. If your stay subsequently reduces in length, the cost may well reflect this reduction in the length of stay.
Please note there?s an additional 2% charge (+ VAT) for payments made by a credit card.
The prices quoted and confirmed are for the use of the accommodation quoted and include:
* The supply of all utilities including water &electricity
* Television licence fee
* Broadband internet connection
* Weekly housekeeping service (including general cleaning, and laundering of bedlinen and towels).
* Routine maintenance eg light bulb changing.
How to Book

You can pay for your stay using:
* Online Banking (BACS details provided on request)
* Debit or Credit Card (except Amex) (Please note there?s an additional 2% charge (+ VAT) for credit card payments.)
Full payment must be made to confirm booking. Full refund only given for cancellations made a full 2 weeks before start date of stay. A charge of just 3 nights will be made for late cancellation of booking.

Check in time is from 2pm to 6pm
Other times can be accommodated but might incur a small fee.
Rooms should be vacated by 10am. On departure one of our staff will be on hand for a room check, key collection and to assist you with any other help you may require.
